Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within South Africa. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship from our base in Cape Town. Estimated delivery times once dispatched are:

• Cape Town (local): 3-5 business days
• Major cities (JHB, PTA, DBN, etc.): [X–X] business days
• Remote/outlying areas: [X–X] business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping are currently set to a standard rate of R120. 

Perishable Products

As we sell food products, we take special care to ensure items are packaged appropriately for transit. We recommend being available to receive your order promptly to maintain product freshness. Kosbaar Collective is not responsible for spoilage resulting from delayed collection after delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the order, a re-delivery fee may apply. Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout.
