Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within South Africa.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day. We only dispatch orders during opening times, Monday to Friday.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship from Cape Town. Once an order is dispatched, delivery is up to 5 business days anywhere in South Africa.

Door to door that means processing 3–5 business days, then courier up to 5 business days. Most orders arrive in about a week. Worst case around 10 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Perishable Products

As we sell food products, we take special care to ensure items are packaged appropriately for transit. We recommend being available to receive your order promptly to maintain product freshness. Kosbaar Collective is not responsible for spoilage resulting from delayed collection after delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or no one being available to receive the order, a re-delivery fee may apply. Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout.
